Registration is now open.

The registration fees include participation in the conference, the welcome cocktail, lunches, coffee breaks and the symposium book. Conference fee does not include accommodation costs.

Accompanying person fee includes the welcome cocktail and the symposium dinner (70 €).

The symposium dinner, at "le Domaine des Moures", will be on Thursday evening 6 June 2013.

Cancellation fees

In case of cancellation, the registration fee will be refunded as following:

• Before April, 30th 2013: full refund.
• From April, 30th 2013 until May, 20th 2013: half refund.
• No refund from May, 20th 2013

Refunds will be made after the symposium.

How to register

Please, use the conference registration form to register. You need to preregister before to register. Once done, an ID will be sent to you by email, it will be asked for login (and registration). This ID will be a link between preregistration and registration steps.

Fellowship student

There are a limited number of student registration fee fellowships available for this conference, including inscription fee of symposium dinner.

Please indicate your interest for a registration fee fellowship when submitting your abstract. Students who are interested must have been pre-registered as student or PhD student (to be confirmed by a letter signed by university or a copy of student card, sent to the PYFF5 secretariat).

The recipients of these fellowships will be selected on the basis of the scientific content and clarity of the abstract. 

If you are awarded a fellowship, you will be notified after the completion of the abstract review. Please note that you should not pay your registration fee before the notification.
