Abstract submission

The deadline for abstract submission is March 22, 2013.

Abstracts will be included in the symposium book if payment of the registration fee is done before April 29, 2013.

Authors interested in presenting an oral contribution will be notified about the outcome of the lecture selection procedure before April 18, 2013.

The invited speakers are requested to submit the abstract of their lecture via the electronical registration forms.

 

Poster information

Posters should be on A0-portrait format (poster boards are 0.96 m wide and 1.18 m high).

Poster presenters are kindly asked to mount their posters on the numbered poster boards before the start of the scientific program. The numbers of the poster board correspond with the numbers of the abstracts in the program book.
