Abstract
A list of Philippine phytophagous mites is given, together with their host plants, distributions, predatory mite associations. The list includes 2 species of Tarsonemidae, 30 Tetranychidae, 17 Tenuipalpidae, 3 Tuckerellidae and 15 Eriophyoidea. Associated predators belong to the Phytoseiidae (23 species), Cheyletidae (5 species) and Bdellidae (2 species). Six species of Acari are reported for the 1st time from the Philippines.
