Abstract

Sternostoma longisetosa is described from female specimens taken from the nasal cavities of the eastern kingbird, Tyrannus tyrannus, collected in Michigan. Tyranninyssus spinosus is reported from the same host in Michigan with an incidence rate of nearly fourteen percent.
