Abstract
Nycteriglyplnts vespertilio n. sp., taken from the Oriental discolored bat, Vespertilio superans Thomas, is described and the generic status of Nycteriglyphus is briefly reviewed,The new species is the ninth member of the genus and the first to be found in the Far East.
