Abstract

The morphology description of juvenile stages and redescription of adult of oribatid mite Nanhermannia cf. coronata Berlese, 1913 (Oribatida, Nanhermanniidae) is presented, illustrated and compared with similar species: N. nanus (Nicolet) and N. comitalis (Berlese). Moreover the duration of development in the laboratory conditions was studied. All specimens were found in the material from strongly humidify soil with needles of pine forest in Nizhniy Novgorod area (Russia).
