Pritchard, A.E., Keifer, H.H., 1958.
Two new species of Bryobia with a revised key to the genus (Acarina: Tetranychidae). Annals of the Entomological Society of America, 51 (5): 503-506.
Abstract
Bryobia spica and B. eharai ( = B. cristata, Pritchard and Baker, 1955, not Dugès) are described, the former from Cytisits in California, the latter intercepted on Chrysanthemum from Japan and Pakistan. The key includes 14 morphologically distinct species plus the praetiosa complex whose members are not distinguished here. Fifteen specific names applicable to this complex are listed to supplement the 1955 list of Pritchard and Baker.
