Eotetranychus rubiphilus espèce nouvelle pour la France et l'Europe occidentale : redescription et caryotype (Acari : Tetranychidae). Entomologische Berichten, Amsertdam, 43 (7): 109-112.

Abstract
Eotetranychus rubiphilus new to France and western Europe: redescription and karyotype (Acari: Tetranychidae). Up to the present time, only three species of the genus Eotetranychus were known from France: E. filiaruin, E. carpirti vitis and E. pruni. This study now reports a further two: E. populi and E. rubiphilus. The latter species was previously known only from Georgia (U.S.S.R.) and is thus new to western Europe also. It is redescribed and its karyotype studied from a strain collected on Rubusfruticoszts in Normandy.
