Abstract
On the basis of observations on the population structure of Oligonychus ununguis (Jacobi) in a natural forest of spruce [Picea] and in parks in the Issyk-Kul' Basin in Kirgizia, USSR, between 1974 and 1980, differences in the density of mite colonies, sex ratio and some morphofunctional characteristics in relation to various ecological conditions are described.
