Dolichodectes robertsi sp. n. is close to D. glyphonotus (Gaud & Mouchet, 1957) in having, in males, the opisthosomal lobes with the lateral margins moderately convex and the lobar apices rounded. The males of D. robertsi sp. n. are distinguished by the numerous dash-like lacunae on the hysteronotal shield and the aedeagus not extending to the terminal cleft, and the females have the prodorsal shield with pointed posterior corners and a distinct ovate enlargement near the head of spermatheca. Dolichodectes megalobus sp. n. is most similar to D. diplocercus (Gaud & Mouchet, 1957) in having the opisthosomal lobes strongly elongated, almost parallel-sided and with rounded apices, and the aedeagus not reaching the terminal cleft. The males of D. megalobus sp. n. are distinguished by the hysteronotal shield covered with numerous circular lacunae, the longer aedeagus (110–115 µm) and setae h3 (95–105 µm); and the females are characterized by the prodorsal shield lacking ornamentation, the lobar shield distinctly wider than long, and setae h2 shorter than the distance between their bases.
